2136 reports incorrect info on FAT32 drives; you need to call another
function to get the correct info. And for that, you need a way to detect
FAT32 drives, which I personally don't know how to do in a fast and
reliable way. (You might consider searching djgpp-workers archives for
"FAT32", there was a discussion a couple of months ago. The archives are
searchable from http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/mail-archives/.)
For that matter, none of the libc functions supports FAT32 drives as yet,
so you could claim that mkdir doesn't have to, either, at least for now.
