Here I must agree with Andrew. As fas as I can overlook it, the g++
from the gcc distrib does _exactly_ the same or maybe in a better way
than
the current gxx.exe from the stock DJGPP distribution. That was
also a reason why I wanted to include gxx.exe in gpp280b.zip.
