Is it a good idea to include support for the above in v2.02's putpath (to be converted to "d:/foo")? Sounds simple and good to me. An obvious disadvantage is that a UNC like \\server\foo might get in the way (especially if ``server'' is a single letter). How about //server/foo UNC \\server\foo UNC \\d\foo UNC //d/foo drive or will that surprise someone? Morten
