Whatever you say, but for some reason djgpp's prototype of `gettimeofday'
is in <time.h> and that's why I changed it.

BTW, is there something wrong with the mail archives at delorie.com? The
end of the quoted message is attached to the end of
`djgpp-workers/1997/08/07/06:48:11' but it's not there as an independent
message.
