If you mean that `patch' won't create missing files sometimes, please
make sure you have the latest zip files.  The original upload had a
bug which I reported to Paul Eggert and got a fix.  Fixed versions are
now on SimTel.NET.

If you have any other gripes/bugs to report, please tell.
