I have currently no idea, but I remember that I saw this in ealyer
times also when I made my first attempts in integrating GDB in RHIDE.

I don't know how I fixed it (I'm not writing a changelog) but now it
is fixed. I think one way to find it out is, when you use the new
patched dbgcom.c (what I'm assuming), compile it with the "-DDEBUG_DBGCOM"
switch and see, if there is something wrong when closing the filehandles.
