I think it's safe to assume a minimum 80x25 color or bw text screen
(adapt to larger screens, of course) and that the BIOS functions and
direct memory access (0xb8000 or 0xb0000) are available. Just don't
try to *change* the screen setting.

You build a new version of symify.

I'm thinking of expanding the "No DPMI" message to "No DPMI - get
csdpmi*.zip" (if it fits) but I have no other changes planned.
