Excepting ports or inclusions of new gnu packages, please consider
this a candidate for a DJGPP V2 2.01 release (note filename and README
updates).  If we agree that it's good enough, I'll put a beta out for
the public.

Those of you holding on to ports of GNU packages, please try them with
this version and start thinking about getting them (*[sb].zip) to me
for simtel.

I'd like us to concentrate on testing and bugfixes for libc until we
can get it released; new functionality can be included in a 2.02
release without having to re-release all the gnu packages.
