Hi all,
I have attached the file ioctl.zip, which contains ioctl.[ch] and
ioctl.txh. DJ proposed to forward this to djgpp-workers, so I guess 
at least Eli will get this twice, sorry. 
There are still some kludges in it, just search for ``__WARNING__''
