I uploaded new releases. Now the mbfunc 0.4.4 and wfunc 0.2.3 are
available. You can get these from:

The libraries have over 100 functions altogether. If you want the contens
in the archives, follow up "[List in the archive]" on index.html.

CHANGES(mbfunc & wfunc):
  o fixed some problems.
  o added Japanese edition of simple reference manual.

TODO:
  o add formatted stream input wide function. (e.g. wscanf)
  o support LC_COLLATE and ohter locales.
