Sorry, I forgot to fix mbtowc() and wctomb().

Now mbfunc 0.4.1 and wfunc 0.1 are available at:

CHANGES(mbfunc):
  o fixed mbtowc() and wctomb() for LC_CTYPE.
  o added inlined functions. (for performance up)
  o discarded unneccessary files.
