This is a port of GNU m4 1.4.2 to MSDOS/DJGPP.
DJGPP specific changes.

- This port has been produced adapting the code written be Eli Zaretskii and
Richard Dawe for the previous ports. You can expect to have the same
functionaly with this port. There are no user visible changes.
As usual, my changes and the rest of the djgpp specific stuff are stored in
the /djgpp subdir.
The port has been configured, compiled and tested on a Win98SE and MSDOS 6.22
system. No testing, nor compiling nor configuring on WinXP at all.
It should be noticed that if no LFN support is available then the following
tests will fail:
30.include, 51.eval, 56.errprint and 57.m4exit
If LFN support is available then only these tests will fail:
30.include and 51.eval.
This is expected to be so and it is *not* a bug of the port.
