This is a port of GNU Texi2html 1.64 to MSDOS/DJGPP.

Texi2html is a PERL script that takes input files in texinfo format and
produces html formatted output files. The reason for creatuing this port
is that some GNU packages use the script to create html formatted
  documentation instead of using makeinfo.

  DJGPP specific changes.
