  This is to  announce  that I had  uploaded  to  DJ's ftp server the file
  bnu281d.zip. It contains the documentation in dvi, ps, html, and texinfo
  formats  corresponding to the binutils 2.8.1 recently uploaded by Robert
  Hoehne.
  
  That file will be available for download at simtel (and it's mirrors) in
  a while.
