Subject:	ANNOUNCE: DJGPP port of Emacs 26.2 release 2 uploaded

A user reported to me that the recently uploaded port of Emacs 26.2
crashes on plain MS-DOS (more accurately, with any DPMI server that
provides the NULL pointer protection).  It turned out this was due to
a very old bug in the DJGPP port of Emacs.

This bug is now fixed, and a fixed release 2 of the port, which I
dubbed version 26.2a, was uploaded:
