Bm2font 2.0 is available from Simtelnet and its mirrors:

Bm2font converts a bitmap to a TeX-font. Once this was almost the only way to include graphics
in a TeX-document. This is now superseded by other ways, but occasionaly I have found it
useful, e.g. to be able to use a company logo.
