DJGPP port of dialog 0.9a

   dialog 0.9a is a package contains library and executable program
to create many kinds of dialog such as inputbox, menu, radiolist,
checklist, etc in text mode (with help from pdcurses). Executable
program inside this package can be used along with shell script to
create interactive program. Library inside this package contains many
wrapper C functions to create dialogs. The original was written by Savio
Lam <lam836 AT cs DOT cuhk DOT hk> and modified by several people. Now it is
maintained by Thomas Dickey <dickey AT herndon4 DOT his DOT com>.
