New features in RSXNTDJ 1.60 beta:

- rsxntdj source code is now distributed under the terms of the GNU General
Public License (Libraries under GLPL)
- rsxntdj programs use the windows system DLL crtdll.dll instead of emx C
libraries (like mingw32)
- output contains relocations
- rsxide 1.2
- ms platform sdk september 99

Problems in this beta:

- grc and rsrc does not work, if sources are compiled with djgpp
- exception code does not work
- mssdk headers not tested
- C++ library must be recompiled for using crtdll.dll
- djgpp compiler bug with unicode strings (4 bytes for one character)
- rsxntdj use short library names to support Window NT - libkerne.lib
instead libkernel32.a
