This is to announce that I have uploaded new versions of several files 
to the v2gnu directory on SimTel.NET:

        - sed118[sb].zip
        - flx254s.zip
        - fil316b.zip

Sed had two bugs: (1) it won't print error messages and (2) it would barf
on commands like "r foobar" when foobar does not exist.  The first
problem was because Sed needs either HAVE_VPRINTF or HAVE_DOPRINT to be
defined, but neither seems to be defined by the Makefile.  The second
problem is an actual bug in the original GNU code; it was corrected in
Sed 2.05, but we don't use that.

Flex source distribution lacked one file without which it won't build; 
this file is now inside flx254s.zip.

Fileutils were linked with a version of libc.a which had stale version of
`statfs' and God knows what else; this made `df' not report correct size
of CD-ROM disks.  (I linked the programs after my machine crashed and it
seems I used a wrong backup.)
