if you want a GUI like FLTK based on MGRX you could look into Nano-X and FLTK.
https://github.com/ghaerr/microwindows

Nano-X contained screen, mouse and keyboard drivers based on GRX. I once got Nano-X and FLTK working on GRX with DJGPP.

Based on Nano-X you can use FLTK. Everything will not work out of the box but you can get it to work if you look into it.
