Subject: /deleted/ GCC 2.95.3 -- Win2k fixes (same exact binaries ... but
different timestamp and compression)

So I was going to complain that /deleted/'s 2.95.3 *B.ZIP files
were not the Win2k fixed versions, but apparently its the same
(just different timestamps and slightly different compression).
Bah humbug.

I had (wrongly) thought that only binaries dated late 2001 (circa
Christmas) had the Win2k fixes. But of course I wasn't around back
then (well, I was alive but wasn't very active here).

Seems strange that locally-stored .ZIPs that I had already
downloaded have different properties to ones there now. But it's
still the exact same binaries anyways. Very confusing.
