Subject:	ANNOUNCE: update of DJGPP port of gcc-6.1.0 and gcc-5.4.0

This is announcement of an update of DJGPP ports of gcc-6.1.0 and gcc-5.4.0

There are no source file changes since last announcement. Only binaries
has been rebuilt. There is no need to update unless You experience
problems

Changes:
- gcc-5.4.0 is now linked with static libintl.a so it no more
   depends on libintl DXE
- gcc-6.1.0: linked with libiconv this time

Also isl-0.16.1 was installed for both builds (see
https://gcc.gnu.org/install/prerequisites.html for more info).
There are no official DJGPP port of isl, but it builds "out of box".
