Every zip file should have its OWN license file (like COPYING) in it.
The GPL at least requires that much for GPL'd packages.

Binary zips do *not* need a copy of COPYING or COPYING.LIB in them
*just* because they're built with DJGPP; the DJGPP license has an
exception for that.
