Current port of binutils/ld detects dxe3 import libs by comparing the
contained name to dxe_tmp.o.  However, older versions of dxe3gen used
to use $$dxe$$.o (djgpp/src/dxe/dxe3gen.c in cvs, up to and including
r1.3) and there are legitimate implibs out there which were generated
by those old versions, e.g. the last official glide3 release for djgpp
from sourceforge.

Please add $$dxe$$.o to ldmain.c for dxe3 implib recognition.
