Just for the sake of completeness, the expression I abbreviated is
"You see it that way, I don't see it that way."  I'm merely noting
that point of view is important in interpreting some things.

No, his humor just doesn't translate to email.  He thinks he's funny,
nobody else does.  Is it still humor?  He thinks so, I don't.

It's a fair question.  The answer is "Rudeness is what I think
rudeness is".  It's a personal opinion.  Mine is not always the same
as yours.
