Hi,
I use the "beta" v2.04 since many years, and I can't help wondering
why isn't this the official current version by now? It provides
much-needed improvements, and in my (limited, yes) experience it's
highly reliable. If I'm not mistaken, v2.03 came out over 10 years
ago already.
Please do not misunderstand me, I am not pesting or anything, just
wondering, and I can be only grateful for such amazing piece of
software as DJGPP.
I guess the real question would be: is there anything inherently
wrong with v2.04 that it is kept in beta stage ? or any roadmap that
would indicate what is missing yet?
best regards,
Mateusz
