Update of some DJGPP ports compiled with DJGPP 2.04.

During the last years a lot of ports have been created using djdev204. zip.
These ports work flawlessly on Win98SE, Win2K and WinXP but have shown issues
if used on plain DOS.  The most "famous" issue is the related to the 0x71NN
functions set provided by the LFN driver used in plain DOS. Issues related
to missing functions in the driver have appeared again during the last testing
of emacs.  See :

To avoid these problems and to provide the improvements of the new code I have
decided to recompile the most important ports from the /beta directory.  Others
my follow in the future.
The sources have been recompiled using a patched version of libc.a. The repository
code can be downloaded from Martin Stromberg's site as:

The new malloc code patch can be downloaded from Andris Pavenis site as:

Some of the ports provide NLS support.  For this purpose the DXE3 module versions
of the gettext and iconv libraries have been used.  This means that you must
install both:

   ftp://ftp.delorie.com/pub/djgpp/beta/v2gnu/gtxt192b.zip
ports or the binary will abort with a message that it cannot load some DXE3
file.  Installing the gettext and iconv ports is MANDATORY for all ports that
have been compiled with NLS support.
