That depends on context which is not defined.
E.g., some situations have both +0 and -0, while others
have signless 0, while others have only +0. The meaning
of "nonpositive" is different for each. I.e., it'd
be much clearer if "zero or negative" or "negative but
not zero" was used, etc.

Well, it can be even more complete and useful when misspellings
are fixed.
