Uploaded binutils-2.22 RPM packages to ftp://ftp.delorie.com/pub/djgpp/rpms/
The patches are the same as in bnu222sr4.zip but I only regenerated diffs
from my own local GIT repo.

RPM packages are built in CentOS 5.8 chroot and are expected to work also in
other recent Linux distributions (I have tested Fedora 17 x86_64,
CentOS 6.3 i386)
