I put RPM packages of recent CVS version (7th May 2012) into

ftp://ftp.delorie.com/pub/djgpp/rpms/

This time both i386 and x86_64 binary RPMs are there. Both are built under corresponding CentOS 5.8 
chroots under Fedora 16 x86_64.
