Naive guess: doesn't libc.info have something about this? Otherwise, I
can't think of what reference online you mean. You could probably
search for POSIX info online elsewhere (though presumably older
version, e.g. 1992 or 2001 since I'm pretty sure DJGPP never got much
beyond that).

I think DJ hosts it himself, and he always seemed more than capable of
handling it. But yeah, I would guess he still accepts donations.

I don't even remember what state DJ lives in (Rhode Island??), and I
don't have confirmation, but I blindly suspect he's the victim of some
extreme weather (as at least once before happened, though I can't
remember when or else I could find the quote).
