Do you have the latest v2.04 ports of Bash, Sed, and related
utilities?  If not, please upgrade and try again.

Also, isn't there some kind of DJGPP-specific README file there,
telling how to build with DJGPP?  If there is such a file, I suggest
to follow its instructions.
