Yes, it's at the same place on iBiblio (hope Google Groups doesn't munge this): http://www.ibiblio.org/pub/micro/pc-stuff/freedos/files/devel/libs/ncurses/= ncursess.zip (4.1 MB) Basically it's under ../devel/libs/ncurses/ (if the above link is hidden). (quoting Wikipedia at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ncurses ): "Ncurses is a part of the GNU Project. It is one of the few GNU files not distributed under the GNU GPL or LGPL; it is distributed under a permissive free software licence, similar to the MIT License."
