Hi, On Jan 6, 4:09=A0pm, Robert Riebisch <Robert DOT Riebi DOT DOT DOT AT arcor DOT de> wrote: > > Pablo Marty wrote: > > I made a game very nice and it has no sound and music > > Have a look at the Allegro library:http://alleg.sourceforge.net/ While I agree Allegro is/was very good, it's not perfect. Esp. since modern versions (e.g. latest 4.4.0, released just recently) don't support DOS anymore for lame reasons. But I guess it's better than nothing if you have old hardware (or if DOSBox suits your needs). You may also want to check out RAINE dude's patched Allegro 4.2.2 to see if it helps you any. I'm not honestly sure what he fixed, but it's worth mentioning (see far bottom of page): http://rainemu.swishparty.co.uk/html/download/extras.html The main "source" of audio drivers is Linux, and a lot of those were (I think) heavy inspiration for Mpxplay. Granted, the latter uses OpenWatcom, but I assume it would be far better than nothing (even if it doesn't work with my laptop's soundcard, meh). http://www.freewebtown.com/mpxplay/
