Would it be possible to arrange for a question to be asked when a user exits customization "save customizations to disk (y/n)?". If answer is yes, please have emacs either create or update that user's .emacs file with the customizations that were selected. I managed to turn on line wrapping for files in text mode then exit emacs all the way while having used the customization menus and got no such prompt and no .emacs file was created either. It could be a choice exists to write a .emacs file while in customization menus but I didn't find it yet. If that's the case, please disregard this message.
