I don't remember the specifics about which versions supported what.
Ghost tries to avoid Int 13 wherever possible, doing low-level PM
support for hardware it recognizes.  It also installs a bigger stack to
be protective of bad Int 13 BIOS calls (IIRC) under DPMI.  So
even knowing the version, doesn't necessarily mean I know what
that means anymore.

I helped them work through some of the details in big DMA support
(physical page mapping under various memory configurations).

DJGPP components are burned in ROM in some embedded systems, and
there is a good chance your disk drive was tested with DJGPP software
before it passed QC.
