I got it done and create the VISTA 64 bit binary with MinGW I bite the bullet and downloaded a vista version it compiled and run on the other machine the hard part was changing the PATH to use MinGW PATH=%PATH:DJGPP=MinGW% to go back to DJGPP GCC PATH=%PATH:MinGW=DJGPP% Thank You
