OK will check it out.  On a better note, I was able to get the newer NI DDK to 
work at first blush on a newer PCI-GPIB card.  I was pleasantly surprised as it 
only took me a day and a half even though I find the DDK itself quite overly 
complicated.  Thanks for the pointer.
