Is there a way to debug Real Mode Callback functions? GDB, FSDB and 
EDEBUG32 all hang up when a breakpoint is hit in a RMCB function and 
that is understandable as interrupts are disabled. 

I am looking for something like SoftIce which does not need DOS to operate.
