The sources are standard texinfo format.  Proccess them with makeinfo as usual.
Because they are produced by build proccess of the CVS sources I have keeped
the original extension.  Inspect mklib.sh to find the command to produce the
info file.  I will fix the install-info command for the next release.  For my
use I have manually edited my /info/dir file and added the following lines:

From lsuppNNa.zip

* libsupp.a: (libsupp).
	The Support Library Reference
