The gcc spec file for djgpp explicitly pulls in that file (which includes sys/version.h) so that gcc knows what version of djgpp's libc it's using. Whether it should show up in -MM or not is questionable, but it's harmless and trying to change it now would probably introduce incompatibilities somewhere.
