lbinstdj seems to be someone's ancient attempt at an installer found
years ago on simtelnet mirrors and intended only for w9x systems.
To download and install DJGPP go to:
http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/zip-picker.html
select what you need to download, and read and follow the instructions
on the following page, and in README.1st, using the downloaded
unzip32.exe to extract zip file contents.
