I am trying to compile RHIDE in order to fix some reported problems, but I 
am missing file LIBGDBRH.H (not LIBDGBRH.H as in my previous 
message) referenced in LIBRHGDB/ANNOTATE.C and 
other files.

The sources I am using are from the following downloaded files:
RHIDE15CS.ZIP, EDI045S.ZIP and TV203S.ZIP

Which other files do I need to download in order to compile RHIDE?
