Edit boot.ini, you have it display the OS choices with a timed menu,
then boot the default OS - or stay in the menu until you choose. I find
it is easiest to install DOS first on the primary FAT partion, then
Windows, typically on a different, typically NTFS, partion. The Windows
install will set up the boot manager. I've set up multi-OS machines this
way, booting DOS, W98, NT, W2K, WXP, Linux, etc on one machine using the
Windows boot manager.
