Were/are they built with a version of the DJGPP that supports XP? Have
a look at the stub and see if you can see what date is in the stub as
it will give an indication as to when the stub was built.

In either case I would advise using the DJGPP 2.04 beta and build the
app/apps and give then give then a try.

I can't help any further as I don't have a working DJGPP CSV setup
with Vista or XP anymore.
