SwsVpkt is a free packet driver emulation for DOS networking applications
running on Windows XP, 2000 and NT4 systems.  If you have DOS networking
applications, you can now run and test them on Windows.

As a result of user feedback version 1.05 adds:

- Command line option to list available adapters
- Command line option to set the default adapter.
- Support for dialup networking.
