From CWSDPMI.DOC: "CWSDSTUB.EXE is a stub loader image for DJGPP which
includes CWSDPMI.  This allows single executable image distributions. 
You can use the EXE2COFF program and COPY /B CWSDSTUB.EXE+yourimage
yourimage.exe to create a standalone executable image."
