I set Dev-C++ v 4.9.9.1 (instruction in HELP):

Tools/Compiler Options --- tab setting\linker:
Generate debugging information YES (I have open my project)

I cannot debugging console appication because each time I want debug appear 
this message:
"Your project does not have debbuging information, do you want to enable 
debugging and rebuild your project?" I choose YES and each time I want 
debug this message appears again.
What other setting I need apply for debugging?
I have Windows XP and I make application for Console.
