Sorry if this is covered in FAQs, etc.

Can djtar create symbolic links when extracting files onto a Win95 FAT32
(LBA) filesystem?

To be more specific

djtar -xv snprintf_2.2.tar.gz ->

...

I used windows me to produce the *.lnk file.
