I uploaded slightly modified archives (in comparisson with ones from 
clio.rice.edu) of bash-2.0.5b for DJGPP and they are now available at:

Latest changes:

- I fixed bug in dospath.c that caused bash builtin command 'cd' to fail in 
  some conditions.
- Also there is one change in share/config.site to avoid corrupting PATH
  environment variable when PATH_SEPARATOR is not defined.

Tests were done under WinXP Pro:
 
- configuring and building several GCC versions (both releases and
  recent CVS versions)
- configuring and building many other packages (eg. libxml-2.6.13,
  libxslt-1.1.10, gmp-4.1.4, glib-2.5.3, libsigc++-2 recent CVS version
  (2.0.5 had bug, which prvented it to be built with gcc-3.4.X), 
  libxml++-2.8.0 and others
